Short description: The media design BA Budapest is focusing on developing just as technological, art and design as entrepreneurial skills to prepare its students participating in small and larger scale social innovation projects and teams. Design practice is experienced via regular design tasks covering a wide field of designing Internet applications, intelligent objects, as well as using ubiquitous computing in built environment or music informatics. Student of the BA program will have introductory studies in web programming, visual programming languages, script languages and physical computing providing possibility for specialization in the third year of the studies.

Admission requirements: Second class honors degree, electronic portfolio of earlier works [in one of the following format: CD, DVD, personal website, blog or online location where he/she places the earlier works' documentation]; detailed letter of intent describing the applicant's interest fields and personal goals; two e-mail recommendation from one earlier educational institutions, for example earlier teachers or tutors, written and verbal English communication skills
