The International Venue Management Training Center cooperation with th Study Transfer Program offer the next course in Hungary with world-famous instructors.
Venue management includes organising events, working directly with the public, increasing awareness about an event, also being involved with eliciting ticket sales, networking with industry professionals promoting the event and ensuring that all elements of hosting and marketing the event are executed in a timely manner.
This course is intended to give a thorough introduction and education of all the fundamental skills required to understand and be involved with venue management.
Two week course starting on October 18th 2010. The course is open to anyone working in the Event Industry now or wishing to in the future, there is no minimum or maximum level of position, within a company, restriction.
Course content will include, but not be restricted to, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Issues, Security and Crowd Management, Sales and Marketing, PR and Advertising, Commercial Rights, Event Management, Event Promotion, Finance, Box Office, Information Technology, Catering, Merchandising, Venue Design, etc.
The course will be based on written content, provided by the Instructors themselves, and all presentations and the exam will be based on this written content.
The Instructors themselves are all from within the Industry with experience and knowledge they are eager to share both inside and outside the classroom.
All content will be presented in English and all participants should be capable of receiving this without assistance from translators.
A Certificate of Competence will be issued by an internationally recognised Hungarian Seat of Education upon the passing of the final exam.
Cost of the course, including all course content, accommodation and all meals during the course plus airport transfer will be 2400 EUR plus taxes where appropriate.
